  • Selection: Choose ripe, healthy bananas.
  • Peeling: Remove the banana peels.
  • Slicing: Cut bananas into thin slices (about ¼ inch thick).
  • Drying:  Dehydrator: Use a food dehydrator at 60°C (140° F) for 6-12 hours
  • Cooling: Allow dried slices to cool  completely.
  • Grinding: Grind dried slices into a fine powder using a blender or grinder
  • Sifting: Sift the powder to achieve a uniform texture.
  • Storage: Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place
