Our Process
- Selection: Choose ripe, healthy bananas.
- Peeling: Remove the banana peels.
- Slicing: Cut bananas into thin slices (about ¼ inch thick).
- Drying: Dehydrator: Use a food dehydrator at 60°C (140° F) for 6-12 hours
- Cooling: Allow dried slices to cool completely.
- Grinding: Grind dried slices into a fine powder using a blender or grinder
- Sifting: Sift the powder to achieve a uniform texture.
- Storage: Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place
